Holiday Cut Off Dates!

Important: We highly recommend you order early for Christmas.  There are production and shipping delays.  We will ship with enough time based on the shipping dates FedEx provides us with. We are not responsible if the items arrive late due to shipping delays.  

All other styles that are not custom or personalized will ship within 1-2 business days.  You can check the lead-time listed on the product page.  If it shows 1-2 business days as the lead-time, it is in stock and will ship within that time frame.

A FEW OTHER REMINDERS:

  • All custom, sale, personalized (even single letter) pieces are FINAL SALE.
  • We do not offer refunds. Exchange or store credit ONLY.  NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Common questions… “Mini Me” (for example) says 6 weeks, but I ordered before the cut off date listed will I receive it in time – YES! Same for Squad Goals… Cuban Link Collection, etc.
  • Cut off dates are subject to change. 
  • If you have any questions about the arrival time, please email info@lolajamesjewelry.com before placing the order. We cannot change the order or the shipping address once the order has been placed.
