Our jewelry is delicate and sometimes breakage can occur. We offer complimentary repairs within the first 30 days of purchase. Pieces that are damaged after 30 days are subject to a repair fee.

IMPORTANT - READ BEFORE SHIPPING YOUR JEWELRY BACK:
- Please make sure to send your piece of jewelry back in a way that guarantees it will not arrive tangled.
- If it arrives tangled there will be an additional $10 processing fee. A zip lock bag is not acceptable. It must be placed in a jewelry box. Do not tape your necklace down, the chain can rip!
- INCLUDE A PRINTED COPY OF YOUR ORDER WITH THE NECKLACE YOU ARE SENDING BACK.
- ALL REPAIRS TAKE 4 WEEKS FROM THE TIME WE RECEIVE THEM BACK AT OUR OFFICE.
- WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, DAMAGED OR STOLEN PACKAGES. WE SUGGEST SHIPPING WITH A SIGNATURE REQUIRED OPTION.

All personalized and custom orders can take up to 6-8 weeks to ship. All pieces have their lead time listed on the product page.
At this time we do not offer rush orders.
In stock items will ship within 1-2 business days.
Lead time for custom/personalized styles is NOT a guarantee. Rarely, but sometimes it can take longer than 6-8 weeks. Once you place your order, you are agreeing to the lead time and understand it could be longer than listed.
Orders placed on Friday after 1pm EST. will begin processing on the following Monday. Once your item has shipped, we will email you with the tracking information. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
For personalized/custom orders, please note that the shipping method selected does NOT expedite your order's production time. Shipping time and production time are completely separate from one another.
Lola James Jewelry will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock.
The font generator is not 100% accurate. It is just to give you an idea of what the personalized text will look like. Most of our jewelry is handmade and there can be some slight variations.
ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL
We offer exchange or STORE CREDIT within 7 days of shipment date. We do not provide refunds. Store credit will be issued, provided that the jewelry has not been damaged, worn, or altered. If you need to cancel an in stock item, store credit will be issued.
All custom, personalized, special order and sale products (including single initials and custom sizes) are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit. No exceptions.
Items that are marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Cancellations are not allowed on personalized styles as they are made to order. Please ensure correct size/chain length is selected. Charges will be applied to resize.
Your items must be returned in the original packaging, including any pouches or boxes that the jewelry was shipped in. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Gift Card purchases cannot be refunded.
All of our personalized jewelry is hand made. The font, text or engraving might not be perfect. Slight imperfections can occur during the manufacturing process.
