Our jewelry is delicate and sometimes breakage can occur.  We offer complimentary repairs within the first 30 days of purchase. Pieces that are damaged after 30 days are subject to a repair fee. 

Please allow 4-6 weeks for all repairs.  All repairs are subject to shipping. We will only repair designs purchased through lolajamesjewelry.com

IMPORTANT - READ BEFORE SHIPPING YOUR JEWELRY BACK:  

  • Please make sure to send your piece of jewelry back in a way that guarantees it will not arrive tangled.
  • If it arrives tangled there will be an additional $10 processing fee. A zip lock bag is not acceptable.  It must be placed in a jewelry box.  Do not tape your necklace down, the chain can rip! 
  • INCLUDE A PRINTED COPY OF YOUR ORDER WITH THE NECKLACE YOU ARE SENDING BACK. 
  • ALL REPAIRS TAKE 4 WEEKS FROM THE TIME WE RECEIVE THEM BACK AT OUR OFFICE. 
  • WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, DAMAGED OR STOLEN PACKAGES.  WE SUGGEST SHIPPING WITH A SIGNATURE REQUIRED OPTION.
